Illegally modified versions of my fonts

FUTHARKE.TTF, a version of Elder Futhark with this copyright string inserted with Fontmonger: "Elder Futhark typeface Font created by David A. Hacker Mage Solutions Copyright 1994-2104 All Rights Reserved". Posted on alt.binaries.fonts in January, 1996. The real David A. Hacker has written to me and informed me that his original font was hand-drawn and is not similar to mine. Because of the anarchic nature of alt.binaries.fonts at that time, it would not surprise me at all if someone else intentionally or inadvertently made the modification, and I apologize for the implication that the actual David Hacker was involved in the piracy.
